1. Booking & Check-in

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in. Check-in and check-out timings must be strictly followed as per guest house rules.

2. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain discipline and behave respectfully within the premises. Any form of nuisance, illegal activity, or disturbance to other guests will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund.

3. Room Usage

Rooms should be used only for accommodation purposes. Cooking, smoking, alcohol consumption, and any illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside rooms and premises.

4. Damage to Property

Any damage to guest house property caused by guests will be charged accordingly. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and avoiding misuse of facilities.

5. Safety & Security

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Management will not be liable for loss or theft of valuables. Please use caution and follow safety instructions provided by staff.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund requests will be processed as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on our website. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early check-outs.

7. Management Rights

Karnataka Pravasi Soudha Guest House reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who violates these terms or behaves inappropriately.

8. Force Majeure

The management will not be responsible for delays or service disruption due to natural calamities, government restrictions, temple closures, or other circumstances beyond control.
